Think-Pair-Share

Many of us have used the Think-Pair-Share strategy in our classrooms. It is not a strategy to be used on the fly. The students need to see it modeled and be given time to practice how it works. Once it becomes a part of daily learning, it can open up a world of academic conversations among students and lead to deeper understandings.

What are some tips you can share from your experience using this strategy? If it is new to you, would you be willing to try it in your classroom?
